Bob Hope (May 29, 1903 in London -
July 27, 2003) was an American actor of British origin.

He hosted the ceremonies including the Oscars film twenty times.
Talented comedian, he was sent on a mission to support U.S.
troops in the difficult moments of the Vietnam War.
He played golf with 11 U.S. presidents, honorary privilege
unparalleled in the entertainment world. Upon his death, he
received warm praise from many in the United States.
